1. What is the Eneka Pro laser and how does it work ?
The Eneka Pro is a medical-grade diode laser designed for safe, effective, and long-lasting hair removal. It works by delivering concentrated light energy to the hair follicle, disabling its ability to regrow while keeping the surrounding skin unharmed. The Eneka Pro is manufactured by TermoSalud, a leading European medical and aesthetic technology company known for its high-quality, clinically tested devices.  

2. Who will be performing my treatment ?
Your treatment will be carried out by a qualified laser technician who holds a VTCT Level 4 in Laser & IPL Treatments and a Core of Knowledge certification, ensuring full compliance with industry standards. Additionally, I have received manufacturer training directly from TermoSalud, allowing me to provide treatments with expert knowledge of the Eneka Pro system.  

3. Is laser hair removal permanent ?
Laser hair removal permanently reduces hair growth, but some maintenance sessions may be required over time. Most clients experience a significant reduction in hair growth, with finer and lighter regrowth after completing their treatment course.

4. How many sessions will I need ?
The number of sessions varies depending on your skin type, hair type, and the treatment area. Typically, 6-8 sessions are recommended, spaced 4-6 weeks apart. Some clients may require additional sessions for optimal results, along with occasional maintenance treatments.

5. Does laser hair removal hurt ?
The Eneka Pro uses advanced cooling technology, making the treatment more comfortable than traditional lasers. Some clients feel a mild warming sensation or a slight snapping feeling, but most find it highly tolerable.

6. Is laser hair removal safe ?

- Avoid waxing, plucking, or threading for at least 4 weeks before treatment.
- Avoid sun exposure and tanning beds for at least 2 weeks before your session.
- Do not apply fake tan or tinted moisturizers to the area being treated.
- Avoid using lotions, creams, or deodorants on the treatment area before your session.

10. What should I expect after the treatment ?
After your session, you may experience mild redness or warmth, similar to a light sunburn. This usually subsides within a few hours. Post-care advice includes :
- Avoid hot showers, saunas, and swimming pools for 24-48 hours.
- Keep the area moisturized and apply SPF 30+ sunscreen if exposed to sunlight.
- Do not wax or pluck hairs between treatments—only shave if needed.

11. Who is NOT suitable for laser hair removal ?
Laser hair removal may not be suitable for:

❌ People with certain skin conditions or active infections in the treatment area
❌ Those with white, grey, red, or very light blonde hair (as laser targets melanin)
❌ Anyone taking photosensitive medications (please consult with your doctor)

12. When will I see results ?
You may notice results after your first session, but the most noticeable reduction happens after completing the full treatment course. With each session, hair will become finer, lighter, and grow back slower.
