An easy bus journey full of fun around the country's capital..

It is super educational and is suitable for children of all ages as well as the adults.

The Tootbus Kids Tour is an absolute must when visiting London with children.

We were fortunate enough to be invited on a Kids tour by Tootbus when we were visiting London and it turned out to be one of the highlights of our trip.

The Kids Tour we attended started at 3pm which was ideal. It was light enough for us to see all the iconic sights and photo opportunities London has to offer, with the bonus of the sun was lowering in the sky towards the end of the tour and all the Christmas lights coming on. It made the journey really magical for us all.

On arrival the children were gifted an activity book from the fabulous Tootbus conductor, and loaned headphones that they could plug into the back of the seat in front which would give them an audio guide as we travelled around the city.

Whilst on board, the bus took us past Piccadilly Circus, Westminster Abbey, Lambeth Palace, London Eye, Big Ben, Houses of Parliament, Downing Street, Trafalgar Square, Nelson’s Column and the National Gallery. 

This tour is a reasonably priced, fun activity to do with your Children in London and teaches them so many cool facts about the city and its history. It also gives you the chance to see the London buildings in all their glory. I personally loved seeing the London architecture from a different viewpoint, things I have definitely missed in my visits to London walking at street level. 

Top tip: Wrap up warm to give you the chance to fully embrace being on top deck in the open air next to the breath-taking views of all major sights.

Tootbus offer tours in Cardiff, Paris, Bath, Brussels, and Bristol too so be sure to book yourself on if you’re visiting these city’s. They also do a Christmas Lights tour in London which I imagine is pretty incredible, as the city is absolutely stunning this time of year.
